  • Bridge Fees: The BC Government yesterday announced a reduced toll for the new Port Mann bridge. The toll will be $1.50 rather than the original $3.00. (Vancouver Observer)
  • Pipeline Civil Disobedience: Critics of the proposed Northern Gateway pipeline are planning a massive act of civil disobedience on the front lawn of the Legislature on October 22. (CP)
