7:45 Zool Suleman is a longstanding member of The Mayor’s Working Group on Immigration and we discuss the new municipal policy “Access Without Fear” which is going to City of Vancouver Council next Wednesday. Undocumented immigrants living in Vancouver may be one step closer to formal assurance that they can use municipal services without fear of deportation as a result. Background article from @W2Media broadcaster David Ball in The Tyee.

MUSIC on today’s program from Sarah Harmer and Poetic Pilgrimage.
